Trained in OSHO Family Constellation, Trauma Healing and in Counseling by Svagito Liebermeister and in the OSHO Art Therapy and Painting process with the Meera Art Academy, Anurakti’s approach is grounded in a meditative understanding. She is currently training in Somatic Experiencing®.

She holds a degree in Social Pedagogy, is a certified nurse, and has worked with people for more than 20 years in the fields of healthcare, social work, counseling, and personal development. In 2004, her journey took her to India, where she became a disciple of Osho and immersed herself in meditation and self-inquiry.

While her professional path initially led her into social work, her passion for creative expression and art remained a hidden longing. Through the OSHO Art Therapy and Painting Training, Anurakti reconnected with her love for painting, discovering how creative expression can be a profound tool for healing and self-discovery.

Over the years, her work with people has evolved into a meditative and therapeutic approach. She has developed a particular love for Family Constellation, where hidden dynamics can become visible and new possibilities emerge with surprising simplicity.

For her, counseling and constellation work are about creating a safe and compassionate space in which healing, awareness, conscious love, and authentic transformation can naturally unfold.

Anurakti offers Counseling and Family Constellation Sessions, leads meditative art and painting workshops, and facilitates active meditations. Since 2019 she assists Svagito Liebermeister in his trainings and workshops.

Since 2018, she has been actively working for the Meera Art Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the vision and work of Meera Hashimoto.
