In this painting workshop we reconnect with our innocent and spontaneous expression. We will play with colors, explore our creativity together and learn to overcome our own limitations and patterns.
When we allow the universal energy to flow through us, the doors of creativity open wide. Painting in this way is just one medium that can help us learn what creativity is.

🎨 ART FROM THE HEART – A journey into color and creativity

In this painting workshop we create an energy portrait of another person and move beyond our superficial mask. When we meet the other from the space of the heart, we meet ourselves on a deep level.
Through painting, dancing and guided exercises, we connect with our innocence, sensitivity and joy.
