In this workshop we reconnect with our innocent and spontaneous expression. We will play with colors, explore our creativity together and learn to overcome our own limitations and patterns.

When we allow the universal energy to flow through us, the doors of creativity open wide. Painting in this way is just one medium that can help us learn what creativity is.

🪞 IN THE MIRROR OF THE OTHER – Painting and Meditative Art

In this painting workshop we create an energy portrait and move beyond our superficial mask. When we meet the other from the space of the heart, we meet ourselves on a deep level. Through painting, dancing and guided exercises, we connect with our innocence, sensitivity and joy.

⚖️ MALE & FEMALE PAINTING WORKSHOP – Exploring the creativity of the inner man and inner woman

In this painting workshop we will explore the nature of our inner man and inner woman, their preferences and different ways of creative expression. Painting becomes a mirror to discover their unique character and a way to re-awaken their joy, innocence and aliveness.

No prior experience in painting is needed.
